The Poirot Collection

Even the buying experience is rife with mystery

Today at Sam’s Club, I noticed that there are some reasonably-priced DVD collections of the David Suchet Poirot movies and TV shows up for sale.  Since I really liked those whenever they would show on PBS Mystery, I thought they might be a good addition to my Amazon wishlist.  After all, Christmas is coming up, and I’d like to have some things on there that my relatives can relate to, so that they actually know what they’re buying.

However, it turns out that there are about 110 compilations for sale.  One hundred and ten.  I’m pretty sure there is some serious overlap in there, and I’d have to make a spreadsheet to figure it out.  Has anyone already figured out which sets you actually need to buy to get the full collection?  I don’t just want three copies of The Murder of Roger Ackroyd with varying cover art.

This is madness…

Come back, RiffTrax! I hadn’t even bought The Matrix riff yet!

UPDATE

Conor at RiffTrax lets us know in the comments that they’ll be back soon. Hooray!
