It’s an Ashera, a breed created by mixing the bloodlines of a domesticated cat, an African Serval and an Asian Leopard Cat. The result is a 30 pound kitty who is highly intelligent, affectionate and has no problem with being walked on a leash.

A quick description of the process so far
Moving to the new blog has actually not been very difficult, but getting it set up just so is turning out to be a some work. Any reader who works in a design-related field will already appreciate this fact, but it’s something that strikes me anew every time I try to customize something.

Skies are… different
K has just noticed something: in the Wii Forecast Channel, the weather icons for Japanese cities are… cuter than the icons for every other city on the planet. When it’s cloudy in Osaka, I half-expect to see Lakitu pop up.
Oh, yeah: In other news, K just got us a Wii for our anniversary a few weeks ago!
